*Now available: Fitness Foundations at Missing Links

If you want your child to get active but don’t know where to start, we’ve got the program for you.

Studies show that a most children in today’s society fall short of the recommended level of daily exercise.

So we’ve developed Fitness Foundations, a new gym-based program to help children develop balance, core and muscle strengthening, flexibility, endurance, agility, and co-ordination.

Missing Links instructors work alongside a registered kinesiologist who incorporates occupational and physical therapy methods.

  • Fitness Foundations takes place on-site at the Missing Links gym facility and is available to both individuals and in group sessions.
  • After an assessment, we develop individual programs that focus on areas that are of the most benefit to the child.
  • We also offer sport-specific training.
  • Fitness Foundations is entertaining, innovative and helps develop good habits for a healthy and active lifestyle.
