Am Badwall – Clinical Director

Missing Links Founder and Director of Programming Am Badwall has worked extensively with children with exceptionalities, particularly Autism, in a myriad of settings for more than a decade. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Psychology & Special Education and is currently working on her Doctorate in Education specializing in Autism. “I strongly believe that we meet children’s needs best when we work collaboratively.”

Mike Daniels – Educational Consultant

As Educational Consultant at Missing Links, Mike Daniels has for six years been a teacher, consultant and programmer, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis; the science of how behavior works. He holds a Master of Science degree in Education. “When we share a commitment to knowledge, support, professionalism and respect, everyone benefits.”

Rainer Noack – Human Resources

Rainer Noack brings three decades of experience as an educator to his position as head of Human Resources at Missing Links. A founder and director of Burlington Student Theatre, arts and education is a theme in Rainer’s career, as well as his life. “Making the arts more accessible is a passion for me.”

Maria Stangherlin—Office Manager

Every busy organization needs a reliable and organized Office Manager, and Missing Links is no exception. In addition to keeping the facility running smoothly, Maria Stanherlin has value-added training and experience as behavioural therapist and educational assistant. “My background brings an important dimension to Missing Links.”
