Am Badwall, Ph.D., BCBA, R.B.A (ONT)

Am Badwall is a distinguished practitioner, educator, and advocate with nearly 30 years of experience in Autism intervention and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). As the founder and Executive Director of Missing Links, she has pioneered a Progressive ABA approach that blends evidence-based practices with a focus on functional skill development and individualized learning.

Her expertise spans clinical programming, curriculum development, and professional training, shaping best practices in Autism services. Beyond her clinical leadership, Am is a seasoned business executive, overseeing all aspects of Missing Links, from strategic growth and financial operations to staff development and program execution.

As a BCBA and RBA, she remains committed to advancing the field and providing the missing link in Autism education and intervention.

Michael (Mike) Daniels, EdD, MSEd, MIEd, OCT

Michael Daniels is Chief of Operations at Missing Links Autism. Michael is a Doctor of Education (EdD) in addition to having a Master of Science Education (MSEd) and a Master of International Education in School Leadership (MIEd). With over 20 years of experience as an educator, his career has focused on elementary education, specializing in primary and special education within public and private school systems.

Michael has dedicated his career to developing exceptional pedagogy with an emphasis on inclusive programming through applied behaviour analysis for children with autism spectrum disorder. As an Ontario qualified principal, Michael oversees school operations, program design, instructional leadership, and serves as an advisor on the executive committee.

He strongly believes in social justice and supports charities focused on marginalized communities, bringing this same conviction when working with all individuals in need of special education.
